Naval Architect
My interest in Naval Architecture was initiated in my early years having spent a lot of time in ships due to my father's career in the Hellenic Navy.
After finishing my MSc in Naval Architecture, I joined a major consultancy in the Oil & Gas Sector doing Hydrodynamics, Stability, FEA & Mooring. Later, I worked as a Naval Architect at the Hellenic Navy during my compulsory military service, performing surveying in Naval Ships. Finally, I worked as a Specialist in LNG & Ship Structures for Lloyd’s Register gaining expertise in LNG Membrane Tanks and significant experience in different aspect of ship structure and operation.
Finally, I started working as an independent Naval Architect undertaking marine studies and a variety of surveys and investigations dealing with condition surveys, accidents, claims and insurance projects.
